The 3600sf house has 6 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, 3 bathroom as well as spacious kitchen, dining, and living rooms.
Our house has adjustable beds and mattresses by Dorsal, Italy, many of which come with a remote control. The beds can be moved together or apart. Please click on the icons below to see each room.
The house has a heated pool, trampoline, BBQ grill, patio table, and plenty of outdoor seating.
There are also fruit trees (still young) and plenty of flowers!
Standard Rates
We offer 2 rental options: full house or half house.
Full house: up to 12 guests. 650USD/day
Half house: up to 6 guests, includes 3 bedrooms incl. the master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living, dining, outdoor, pool. The other half of the house will remain empty and locked. This option is available for 6 guests maximum at 400USD/day except high seasons (see description). This is a daily rate only, no weekly or monthly options.

We have everything you need for a comfortable stay!
The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen (both milchig and fleishig) and a separate Shabbos dining set.
There is a microwave (fleishig) and an espresso machine as well as Shabbos lamps, and a few dozens kids books (from chapter books to stories about Gedolim) as well as a few dozen seforim: Chumash, commentaries, a few Gemarahs, mussar, haggadahs, siddurim, stories etc.
There are plenty of towels and linen.
There is also a fabric sukkah as well as folding tables, folding chairs and 2 playpens.
The kitchen is strictly kosher.
All dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils were toiveled by the owners.
The house is rented only within the frum community and sadly we find that more often than not the dishes and cutlery remain unused by the guests.

The house is centrally located in the Emerald Hills area of Hollywood within walking distance of many shuls and kosher places
Chabad of Emerald Hills is about 2 min away by foot
Eliyahu HaNavi Sephardi shul is about 8 min
The Shtiebel is a bit of a walk: 25 min
Heichal HaTorah is 1-2 min past the Shtiebel
There are more shuls along Stirling.
